Records Retention. Music Technology Online will remove your profile data as outlined in our FAQ.
Financial transactions made in regards to profile: donation, points purchase to your profile are saved indefinitely or removed at sole discretion of Music Technology Online. Music Technology Online check/credit card Agent and your bank may maintain your transactions information, which is beyond our control. Please check with your financial on their record retention polices.
All profile data including but not limited too: Short Messages, profile images, comments or internal profile administration information, traffic logs and any other data maybe on file by Music Technology Online for up to 20 months.
